Hello swim families, 

Meet #2 is upon us, and we will again travel to Frances Meadows to compete in the Fall Frenzy Meet hosted by West Hall High School swim. 

The address is 1545 Community Way, Gainesville, GA, and many of the tips and hints from last week will be true again this week! 

The bus will leave from the CBHS parking lot at 8:15 AM. Please try to have your swimmer there by 8:05 AM if at all possible so that we have time to take the role to ensure that everyone is ready and knows what they are swimming and are prepared for the meet. 

The meet this week will start by 10:15 AM, so a little earlier than before, so make sure you plan your arrival accordingly. 

Swimmers should bring their suits, at least two towels, possibly a blanket to sit on, a refillable water bottle, some light snacks (although I believe we will again have a food table for the kids this week!), and something to do. Highlighters for heat sheets and Sharpies to write their events are also important! Heat sheets will be available for purchase for parents for $5. 

NOTE: I know that some of the girls felt that their practice suit felt/fit better than their competition suit. They are welcome to switch these out for the meets and practices if they'd like. 

The meet is scheduled to conclude around 3:00 p.m., and there will be a bus back to the school at the conclusion of the meet. You are welcome to take your swimmer as you finish as well. Please be sure to have your swimmer let us know that you are leaving with them BEFORE they leave. We may need them for a relay!!! 

Please remember that NO parents are allowed on the pool deck during the meet. This is for the safety of the swimmers to ensure that they are protected during the meet. (It would be the equivalent of parents walking onto the field during a football game...)
