Hello swim families!

It’s the last swim update of 2023! I can’t believe that the next time I see and talk to most of you, it will already be 2024. I swear that the older I get, the faster time flies.

This season is also already almost over!! We have three regular-season meets left, with our first one of those this upcoming weekend on Saturday, January 6th. This is our Blizzard Blitz meet and the last one that we will host this season, so we want to make it great! Be sure to check the signup links to see where you can help out!

We will also have a professional photographer on the deck taking pictures for the team. I will send more information later this week if you would like to get pictures of your swimmer specifically and the cost for those!

Thanks to all of you who made it out to holiday practices. We had a lot of fun playing some new games and working on some skills. For those of you on holiday, I hope you kept some of your conditioning ready to go!

We will resume our normal schedule for practices on WEDNESDAY this week. We will only be able to practice on Wednesday and Thursday this week before the meet, so it is important that your swimmer is at these practices. You are also welcome to take them to Frances Meadows to swim in the public lanes during the day on Tuesday, January 2nd. The cost is around $5 for an hour of swim time.
