Dear Swim Families,

I hope you are doing well! I can't believe we're already finishing our dryland and ready to begin the season for real! We're excited to kick off the in-water swim season and can't wait to see your swimmers in action! To help ensure everything runs smoothly, we have a few important updates to share:

Swimsuit Orders
Please complete the swimsuit order form by Thursday at 9:00 PM, even if you’ve already submitted it once so that we can order the proper suit style for your swimmer. We need everyone’s form to finalize the order so that we can send it first thing Friday morning and guarantee the swimsuits arrive on time for the season.

In-Water Evaluations
Our in-water practices will begin with evaluations on Monday evening. Please be sure to sign up for an evaluation time slot. Each time slot will be limited to 20 swimmers to ensure we can properly assess everyone’s abilities. The only exception to evaluations is for swimmers who are currently on a year-round team that practices at the same time.

If this applies to your swimmer, please send an email with the following information:

• Team location
• Team level
• Coach’s name
• Best 50 and 100 free times from competition

Practice Schedule

All swimmers will practice on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, regardless of level. Please have your student meet the bus in the CBHS Student Lot no later than 5:30 AM on Tuesday, or you may transport your student yourself. 

We will practice from 6 - 7 AM, and then the students can shower and change at the Y before being brought by bus back to school. Students will be brought back to school by 8 AM and can have breakfast at school if they wish. Students should bring a towel, change of clothes, toiletries, etc., and one-piece swimsuits, caps, and goggles.
