Hall County Championship Info
Hello CB Swim Families!
We're finally here! This weekend's meet is the one for all the marbles! Your swimmers have been working hard for it all season long, and I know we are pumped and ready to see some of our best swims yet!
Some details for you:
A. Bus:
All swimmers should be on the bus at 8:15 a.m. We will then have a quick roll call and inspirational "locker room" speech, start our hype playlist, and head down the road.
B. Gear
Remember to bring a couple of towels, suits (whatever fits best), goggles, caps, and a change of clothes. Snacks and a refillable water bottle are also great. Thank you to Laurel Guiliano for organizing our seasonal snack table signups. You can see the signups for this week on GroupMe.
C. Seating, arrival, etc.
Please note that this will be a REALLY busy meet. The senior walk will start at 10 AM with the meet starting immediately after. This is a long meet, so if you plan on sitting in the stands, I suggest bringing a chair back and some snacks for yourself! Alternatively, you can bring camp chairs and set them up in the hallways, then come in and stand at the top of the bleachers to watch your swimmer!
The meet will also be streamed live on GoDog. I've attached the instructions for logging in to this email. This free service is an excellent way for aunts, uncles, friends, and grandparents near and far to watch your swimmer from the comfort of their homes!
FYI - there is usually a vendor there at the meet with customizable shirts and t-shirts. These are usually somewhere between $30-$60 depending on the brand/style/customization if you want to plan for that as well!
Thank you so much for all your support these season! We can't wait to see these strong finishes for the team!
