Hello everyone!

Thanks to everyone who came out tonight to take part in our Fundraising Kickoff and Ice Cream Social! We’re off to a great start and have already raised $450 of our $5000 goal before we left for the afternoon! Way to go, team!

For those of you who were not able to make it, we wanted to give you the links and information so that you can get started helping us to meet our team goal (while also helping to offset your team dues!)

Last year, we used the MyBooster program, and while it was great, we also had to give 20% of the total money raised to the program. This year, we’ve decided to keep it “in-house” so that 100% of the proceeds go directly to your swimmers!

To do that and meet our goal for the year, we need your help. And it’s as easy as your teenager sending out a text message and you sharing on social media or texting yourself!

Our boosters have created a great website landing page for our Dive in and Donate Fundraiser. All you have to do is share this site with your family and friends. We’ve even sent a sample text your swimmer can send to family in our GroupMe, or you’re welcome to create your own. I’ve copied the sample text here if you’d like to use it as well!

It’s that easy! Don’t forget to share on your socials as well! A quick link or video of your swimmer explaining the program helps to put a face with the name and program!

Each week, we’ll compile a list of donations by swimmer and email those out to each parent individually on Fridays to let you know your progress towards meeting your fundraising goal.

AND our top fundraiser will receive a $100 gift card to Reddiset for all your swim gear needs! (You can buy the fancy goggles with that kinda money!) Second prize is a $50 gift card, and Third prize is $25.

I know fundraising is never fun, but we’d love to keep our dues down, and to do this, we need your help in making sure that we can continue to provide an excellent program for your swimmers. The money raised here helps us to do that through quality coaching, clinics, lane fees, meals, entry fees, and so much more.

Our fundraiser officially kicks off today and will go through Sunday, September 28th. The deadline for final dues payment is Friday, October 3rd.
