Hi all, 

I finally have the info for tomorrow's meet, and again I apologize for the delay! 

We will have a bus TO the meet tomorrow morning. We will leave from the CBHS Cafeteria at 8:15 AM. Please have your swimmer there by then. 

As usual, we will have snacks available for the kiddos. Jack Lowe's parents will be there this weekend and are planning on working the kids' table during the day, so be sure to stop by and say hi when you're there! They should also have a refillable water bottle. PLEASE mark your swimmer's name on their things. I have QUITE a collection of random stuff from googles to boys' jammers that have been left at the pool or Y and have not yet been claimed! 

I have attached the timeline for the day here, but again, remember that this is just a projection, so take the times with a grain of salt. 

We will have MANY needs to fill for this weekend to make the meet work. We need several additional timers (about 10-15), 2-3 runners, and someone (or someone) to sell heat sheets. All volunteers should plan to arrive at the pool by 9 AM. If you are planning to sell heat sheets, we will need you earlier, however! Take a look at Swimtopia and sign up if you can help. It's really an all-hands-on-deck situation when we're hosting, so we appreciate you stepping up and filling in! 

We will NOT have transportation FROM the meet. The bus will be there, but will not return to the school. All swimmers will need a ride FROM the meet. While we would like to encourage ALL swimmers to stay for the entire meet, we will allow signouts prior to the end of the meet tomorrow. You will find the sign-out sheet in the hospitality room. Print your swimmer's name, then add your signature. 

This is really important because we have to make sure that ALL swimmers are picked up before we leave! 

I appreciate your patience and service to this team! We're almost at the home stretch!
